Annual Meeting: “Multifaceted Peace: A Conversation”

This year’s annual meeting will be a panel presentation followed by small groups. Securing a sustainable and just world for all God’s creation will be the theme of our afternoon discussion. Specific issues will be presented and addressed by the following speakers:
Environmental Peace & Equality
Malinda Clatterbuck joins Lancaster Interchurch Peace Witness in discussion of key environmental issues regarding Conestoga Township’s natural gas pipeline.
Violence in Society
CeaseFirePA’s Fred Pinguel joins Lancaster Interchurch Peace Witness by offering personal insight regarding gun legislation and safety.
Social & Economic Equality
Srirupa Dasgupta, Owner of Upohar and Assets Board Chair discusses equitable business practices that support people and communities in transition.
War & Peace
Dr. William Ehrhart discusses how the military industrial complex undermines a secure, sustainable and just world. Dr. Ehrhart is an Editor at Large of the Veterans For Peace National Newsletter and educator.
