Program Committee

The Program Committee was formed by the Board in 2006 for the purpose of bringing educational events to our network and the general public. The initial assignment was to help the general public think about  “the long-term good of the Iraqi people and to better understand the realities of Iraq.”

The work of the committee grew to encompass the whole scope of LIPW issues. The basic responsibility is to plan and carry out educational lectures, forums and other public events.  Events emphasize perspectives and resources not generally available in the media. The Committee is appointed by the Executive NEED WORD.
